New for the 2014 fall season, Haptic Lab has released a line of gorgeous quilts depicting US Islands and Coastlines. Starting at $269, these remarkable pieces use appliquéd gold polysilk to represent the chosen landmass and pale blue cotton for the surrounding water. This fresh color combination, in tandem with a quilting pattern unique to each location’s characteristics, results in a work of art that would be just as at home framed on a wall as it would be covering your bed. As of right now, only quilts of Nantucket, Puget Sound, Penobscot Bay, Martha’s Vineyard, and Cape Cod are available. However, they will continue to add new designs throughout the 2014 Holiday Season.
